How it works

  1. Send the form below, or ring, with a date or two in mind and a rough number of children.
  2. We confirm the date and the package. Deposit amount and how to pay it to be confirmed
  3. A week before, let us know final numbers and any allergies.
  4. On the day, arrive fifteen minutes early, meet your host at reception, and hand over the cake.

Things people ask

  • Extra adults beyond one per child: price to be confirmed.
  • Party times: usual start times to be confirmed. The park closes at 5, so afternoon parties finish by then.
  • Allergies: tell us when you book and again with final numbers. Staff have allergen information for everything the diner serves.
  • Cancelling or moving a date: policy to be confirmed. Ring us as early as you can and we will do our best.
  • Weather: the encounter, the party table and the play barn are all under cover.
