One price for grown-ups and children, under-2s free, and nothing to pay once you are in. Pay on the door by cash or card.

Online booking is on its way
We are setting up online tickets and memberships so you can pay before you arrive. Until then it is the gate, cash or card, with no need to book. We will put the link here and on Facebook the day it goes live.
What is included
Admission includes the indoor play barn, the adventure play castle, the trampolines, the crazy golf and every animal talk. There are no rides at the farm, and nothing inside costs extra apart from food, the shop and animal feed bags.
Annual membership
If you would come four or five times a year, membership costs less. It also helps us plan.

Valid for 12 months from purchase. Photo card required. Non-refundable. Last entry 4pm applies to members too.
Unlimited visits for a year, and entry to our seasonal events unless we say an event is an extra. Full details, including how the photo card works, are on the membership page.

£11 per person for schools, nurseries and organised groups. Booked in advance.
- Birthday parties
From £12 a child, minimum 10, one adult free per child.
- Keeper experiences
Two hours, half a day or a full day working with the keepers, from £75.

Coming with online booking. In the meantime ring us and we will sort something out.
The bits worth knowing
Photography
A member of staff sometimes takes photos for our Facebook page and this website. If you would rather you or your children were not in them, tell reception when you arrive and we will make sure of it.
Weather and refunds
Day tickets are for the day you buy them. If we have to close because of the weather after you have paid, speak to reception on the day. Full weather policy to be confirmed
No dogs
Assistance dogs only, please.
Under-16s
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and supervised on the play castle and trampolines.

Questions about tickets
What does it cost?
Adults and children (2 to 16) are £14 each. Under-2s are free. Concessions are £12. You can pay at the gate by cash or card.
What time do you open and when is last entry?
We open at 10am and close at 5pm. Last entry for everyone, including members, is 4pm. In November, December and January some areas may be closed for maintenance, so please ring first.

For visitors with a disability and for carers supporting them. Please bring supporting paperwork and photo ID. Carer tickets are at the concession price. Please show the relevant paperwork and photo ID at reception. If you are unsure whether your document counts, ring us before you set off and we will tell you.

Do you do refunds if the weather turns or we cannot come?
Day tickets bought at the gate are for that day. If we have to close the park because of the weather after you have paid, speak to reception on the day. Memberships and keeper experiences are non-refundable; keeper experiences can be moved with 48 hours notice.

How do I use my membership?
Bring your photo membership card every visit and show it at reception. Last entry is 4pm for members too. If you forget the card you will be asked to pay the day price, which can be refunded on your next visit at the manager's discretion if you bring the receipt.
