1. Terms of entry

  1. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and children must be supervised by their adults at all times, including in the play barn, on the play castle and on the trampolines.
  2. No dogs, except assistance dogs. Assistance dogs must stay on the paths and out of the walkthrough enclosures.
  3. Please follow the feeding signs. Only feed the animals listed as suitable, using feed bought at the park, and never by hand where a sign says otherwise. Do not feed the foxes, meerkats, ferrets, raccoons, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, birds, ponies or donkeys.
  4. Wash your hands after touching any animal and before eating. Hand-wash stations are provided.
  5. Follow staff instructions. We may ask anyone who endangers animals, visitors or staff, or who behaves abusively, to leave without a refund.
  6. We may close all or part of the park for safety, weather, animal welfare or maintenance. This is rare and we will say so at the gate and on our Facebook page.
  7. Photography: staff sometimes take photographs for our website and social media. Tell reception on arrival if you do not want to be photographed. See our privacy policy.

  1. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is non-refundable.
  2. Each member receives a photo membership card. Membership is personal and non-transferable. The card must be shown on every visit and may be checked against the person presenting it.
