Open every day, 10am to 5pm, last entry 4pm. Winter is the exception, so please check.

Some areas, and occasionally the whole park, close for maintenance in winter. Please ring before setting off, especially for an afternoon visit.
In very bad weather we sometimes close early or shut for the day for safety. We post changes on Facebook first, then here.
The small print, in plain English
Last entry is 4pm for everyone
Members included. It gives you an hour before the animals are put to bed and the talks finish, and it means the last fox feed has an audience.
Bank holidays
We are open on bank holidays with normal hours. Keeper experiences do not run on bank holidays.
Winter (November to January)
Some areas, and now and then the whole park, close for maintenance. If you are coming for the afternoon, or from any distance, ring 01278 751628 first. Winter dates to be published

Christmas and New Year
We are closed on Christmas Day. Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year opening to be confirmed. Grotto dates, if we run one, will be on the Christmas page.
